RFQ Details

Dear Sir,

Could you please send us your best quotation for rolls of woven fabrics and LDPE liner with the following characteristics:

For Standard woven bag:
- Width: 56cm double flat
- PP tape 3mm wide, UV stabilized, 100 tex (900 deniers) 34 tapes/10cm (Warp and Weft), or tape 2,5mm
- Quantity: 400 MT

For Jumbo bag (FIBC):
Main fabric (Jacket)
- Width: 184cm double flat 10cm
- Warp material: PP tapes, 2,5mm width, 230 tex (2000 denier), UV stabilized, 40 tapes per 10cm
- Weft material: PP tapes, 5,0mm width, 196 tex (1800 denier), UV stabilized, 48 tapes per 10cm
- Weight per m2: 190grams
- Quantity: 140 MT

Inlet and outlet spouts
- Width: 55cm double flat
- Warp material: PP tapes, 2,5mm width, 110 tex (1000 denier), UV stabilized, 40 tapes per 10cm
- Weft material: PP tapes, 2,5mm width, 110 tex (1000 denier), UV stabilized, 40 tapes per 10cm
- Weight per m2: 88grams
- Quantity: 10 MT

LDPE liner:
- UV stablilized
- Width: 58cm double flat
- Thickness: 60 microns

We need PP multifilament webbings, UV stablized:
- Width 60mm, tensile strength = 1500kg, quantity= 360 000m
- Width 45mm, tensile stregth= 1500kg, quantity= 400 000m
- Width 19mm, quantity= 200 000m

As well as PP multifilament yarns:
- 330 tex (3000 deniers), tenacity higher than 5gr/ denier, quantity= 5000kg
- 560 tex (5000 deniers), tenacity higher than 5gr/ denier, quantity= 3700kg
- 665 tex (6000 deniers), tenacity higher than 5gr/denier, quantity= 10000kg
